Experience Highlights

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) (5.5 years)

As Director of Technology Learning & Development, I spearheaded the L&D strategy following a major organizational integration. With a keen eye on budget and impact, I launched a self-service learning portal and developed 10 specialized Learning Academies, directly engaging over 1,500 technology employees. A cornerstone of my work was an L&D program supporting a strategic Microsoft partnership, facilitating large-scale application migrations to MS Azure and upskilling approximately 400 engineers in Cloud foundation services, DevOps, and Agile practices. This initiative was crucial to the success of 1,200 planned application migrations. I also partnered with Cloud Governance and Delivery teams to roll out a technology-wide Cloud Competency Programme, impacting roughly 8,000 FTEs, and drove problem management initiatives to enhance learning processes.

Previously, as Director of Business Operations & Organisational Management for Quality Engineering, I played a pivotal role in a technology-wide location strategy transformation that yielded $47.3M in savings. This involved realigning teams post-LSEG and Refinitiv integration, managing 26 site impacts (including 15 disposals), and overseeing HR liaison for exiting staff. My leadership extended to People & Organisational-support Programmes, including L&D for Refinitiv Technology, and I was accountable for Knowledge Management transitions across 522 application areas.

In my role as Global Lead for Knowledge Management, Training & Development & Community of Practice for CIO Safety and Soundness -- QA & Testing Services, I managed the comprehensive people agenda for the entire QA and Testing Profession (1,082 individuals). This included delivering impactful Knowledge Management solutions, Learning Programmes, and Career Development frameworks. A significant achievement was the design and delivery of an up-skilling program that empowered 90% of the functional test workforce (400+ individuals) to acquire secondary technical skills, with a major focus on Test Automation, leading to direct cost reductions and improved efficiency. I also developed and implemented a critical compliance training program, successfully meeting all audit and regulatory requirements, including those from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
